These beautiful Siam silver and niello earrings have wonderful details. The disc earrings are enameled with the traditional black enamel in a crescent moon shape. The earthshine portion of the moon is pierced with a cluster of engraved, openwork stars. Each crescent is engraved with a graceful dancer. These lovely earrings are screw back, making them easy to wear whether your ears are pierced or not. The back of the earrings is marked "Siam" and "Sterling." Circa 1950.
