Vintage 18K Gold Enamel & Diamond Lion Head Cufflinks. The cufflinks are in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. There is some very slight enamel loss to one of the lion chins. They are both hallmarked 18K ITALY. Each lion is set with three single cut diamonds that come to about .06 carats total (.12 carats total between them). The diamonds are Vs clarity and G/H color. The cufflinks measure .75" x .50" and together they weigh a total of 18 grams.
